RupertG Accounts

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your RupertG Account and to every app, website and service that uses it (together, the "Services"), provided by RupertG Interactive ("RupertG", "we", "us" or "our"), a UK digital development studio.

By creating a RupertG Account, or by downloading or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may add new Services over time, and these Terms will apply to them too. We may also change these Terms at any time, as explained in section 13.
One RupertG Account lets you sign in to all of the Services. To create an account you provide an email address, a username and a password, and you can optionally add a profile picture. You can also sign in using supported third-party sign-in options, such as Google.
You agree not to:
Anything you create or store using the Services, such as notes, budgets, recipes, wishlists, saved passwords, workout records and profile information ("Your Content"), belongs to you.
You give us only the permission we need to store, sync, back up and display Your Content to you so the Services work. We do not use Your Content for advertising and we do not sell it. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own copies of anything important. We recommend you do not rely on the Services as your only backup.
Some Services or features are available through a paid premium subscription. When you subscribe:
RupertG Fitness and any other health or wellbeing features are for general information and personal tracking only. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor or other qualified professional.
Speak to a medical professional before starting any new exercise programme. You use these features at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely, being aware of your surroundings, and following the law and any rules on roads, paths and private land. Distance, route, pace and other figures are estimates and may be inaccurate, especially where GPS signal is weak.
The Services, including their software, design, logos, names and trademarks, belong to RupertG Interactive or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in line with these Terms. Unauthorised copying, modification or use of the Services or any RupertG Interactive trademarks is strictly prohibited.
The Services use third-party services that have their own terms and policies. These include:
We are not responsible for the terms, policies or actions of third-party providers.
Many features need an internet connection. We are not responsible if the Services do not work because of a lack of internet access, limited data or problems with your network provider. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, charged and working. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can expose it to security risks and cause the Services to stop working properly.
We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but we do not promise they will always be available, error free or compatible with every device or operating system version. We may update, change, add or remove features, including introducing charges for features that are currently free. Any new charges will be clearly communicated before they apply.
Updates may be needed to keep using the Services, and by continuing to use them you agree to accept those updates.
You can delete your RupertG Account at any time from the accounts page. Deleting your account removes your access to all of the Services and deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, put the Services or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. We may also stop providing a Service, or the whole of the Services, and where we do we will try to give you reasonable notice and a chance to export Your Content.
If access ends, your rights under these Terms end, you must stop using the Services, and you may need to remove the apps from your device.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Some information or functionality relies on third-party services or on your device, so we cannot guarantee it will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RupertG Interactive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
We may change these Terms at any time, for example to reflect new Services, new features, changes to the law or changes to how we operate. Updated Terms take effect when they are published on this page, and the effective date at the top will show when they were last changed. For significant changes we will also give you notice, for example by email or in the app.
Please review these Terms regularly. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with them, you can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
